What strategies can be employed to manage time effectively especially for long terms PAR projects?

First of all, set your goals and break them into smaller tasks. Get a project plan with timelines and use tools to keep it all tidy. Figure out what's super important and do that first but be ready to change things up as you go. Make a schedule that makes sense, considering problems that might pop up. Tell the team clearly about timelines and what needs to get done. Keep an eye on how things are going and switch things around if you need to.
