Hi there!
I am trying to conduct a PAR research on local level. What should I have in consideration while making the main question of research? Research will be about the usage of electric scooters in my city on the aspect of safety.

I think, you need to consider the following aspects:
- the extent of using the electric scooters;
- the opinion of the local citizens on the usage of scooters (the safety of the scooter drivers, safety of the others).
Also, if you have a scooter-sharing platform, you can check with them for some data regarding the extent of the usage of this service.
